Going Home - I created this piece spontaneously and honestly didn't understand it for a while until I found some information in The art of dreaming by Carlos Castonada.
Therese Legere is inspired by the enchanting Napa Valley in California. Seeing through the artists eye; she is documenting the colors, textures and light of the vineyards and mountains in her oil paintings. Her painting technique is initially Impressionist followed by drawing out certain contours. This process creates a stained glass effect that enhances the colors and light. Therese Legere's personal journey as an artist began in her childhood. Born in Montreal, Quebec; she grew up in the Richelieu Valley, fertile with famous Quebecois artists.
